Pre-Orders & Availability

 Mienne currently operates on a limited pre-order model, ensuring each garment is crafted with precision and care. When you place an order, your dress is made specifically for you. 

▪️ When will my pre-order ship?

All Aurélia pre-orders will begin shipping on or after March 30, 2025. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

▪️ Will this dress be restocked?

Aurélia is available in small, exclusive batches. We recommend securing your pre-order early, as future restocks are not guaranteed.

Sizing & Custom Orders

▪️ How do I find my size?

Refer to our size guide. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us via our Enquiries page.

▪️ What if my size isn’t listed?

 We offer a bespoke, made-to-order service for custom sizing. Select the “Made to Order” option at checkout and contact us with your measurements.

Shipping & Delivery

▪️ Where do you ship to?

 We offer worldwide shipping from Sydney, Australia.

▪️ How much is shipping?

Australia: A flat rate of $20 for standard shipping

International: A flat rate of $25 for standard shipping

▪️ Will I have to pay customs/import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, which vary by country. Mienne is not responsible for these charges.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, all sales are final. However, if you need to adjust your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
